No, you cannot track your package without a tracking number. ArrowXL endeavors to deliver your parcel before the scheduled time. However, there are situations when you can witness a delay because of bad weather conditions or unavoidable situations. If such a situation happens, it can take another two days for you to receive your package. It works for domestic and international orders.
ArrowXL doesn’t offer any scheduled delivery time on its webpage. Hence, it can take from one business day to 15 business days for your package to reach you, based on your location.

This depends if you have left a mark with ArrowXL to deliver it to your neighbor. If you are not home when the package is delivered, and no one can take the delivery or sign it, you can ask your neighbor to accept and sign it on your behalf.
However, if this is not possible, ArrowXL holds packages for three business days after attempting the first delivery. It continues to make attempts during this period.
The pickups scheduled by ArrowXL are between 7 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday. The day before the pickup person arrives, ArrowXL will send an SMS or email, offering a two-hour pickup window.
All packages sent before 3 pm, from Monday to Friday, are processed on the same day. But, if the order is after 3 pm, it is processed the next day. ArrowXL doesn’t deliver on weekends, bank, and national holidays. There are no deliveries or collections on Easter Monday, Easter Sunday, or Good Friday.
